Bio
A short version.
Austin Business Strategies was founded in Houston, Texas on a simple premise: that owner-operators deserve the same caliber of counsel that Fortune 500 companies quietly pay for. After more than two decades of building, buying, and selling businesses, Jean' began taking on a small number of clients directly — and never stopped.
The BANKREADY® framework grew out of that work. It codifies the operating, financial, and legal posture that makes a business quietly valuable — whether or not the owner ever intends to sell. It is now taught in cohorts, installed inside client companies, and delivered from stages across the country.
The mission today is unchanged: transform challenges into business opportunities, for the owner-operators and executive teams brave enough to do the work.
